Placing order at 99FAB is easier than surfing social media in just simple 5 step. You just need to click on "ADD TO CART" button on product page. Immediately you can see your cart slide down with all details. In your cart you can increase or decrease your item quantity.Â

- Follow the on screen instruction.
- Insert your Name, email and shipping address.
- If your billing address is different than your shipping address then select "Use a different billing address".

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
We serve customers all around the world and every country has it different rules and regulations regarding taxes and duties. International Buyers Notice
We would like our international customers to know when shipping orders internationally there may be additional charges incurred when the order is processed through customs. Charges such as import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges are assessed by the receiving country's customs office and are determined by the listed value of the package. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the delivering freight/shipping company. Please do not confuse these with shipping charges from 99FAB LLC.
Important Notice:-
As many of you are aware, Chinese New Year is right around the corner! Chinese New Year, or Spring Festival, is the most important holiday observed in China for cultural and historical reasons. Spring Festival indicates the beginning of Spring, and the start of a new year, according to the Chinese lunar calendar.
Chinese New Year 2023 will be observed on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Mostly, the Chinese New Year festival period lasts for 16 days, starting from Chinese New Year's eve to the Lantern Festival. In 2023, the Chinese New Year festival will begin on January 22nd and go on till February 4th. All Chinese factory and warehouse workers will be on holiday from January 21st to February 4th.
As a result, all our Chinese warehouse shipments will be on hold from 21st January to 4th February 2023. Any order place on or after 21st January will ship on 5th February 2023.
This will affect only our Chinese warehouses. All other warehouses in the US located in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, California, Wyoming, Texas, Florida, and New York will operate normally.
Q1: How to find which product will be ship from a Chinese warehouse?
Ans:Â On the final checkout if you find any shipping transit time of more than 15 days then it will ship from the Chinese warehouse.
Q2: Does all other warehouses shipment will be normal?
Ans: Yes, if you see any shipping transit time on final checkout less than 15 days then it will be delivered on time from the US warehouse.
Example:
- Standard Free Shipping (3-7 working days): $0.00
- Residential Curbside Delivery (5-9 working days): $50.00
Q3: If I still place an order with a transit time of more than 15 days what will happen?
Ans: If you place an order with a transit time of more than 15 days between 21st January to 4th February 2023 then it means the item will ship from the Chinese warehouse. And the order will ship from the Chinese warehouse on or after 5th February 2023.

All our warehouses in the US, UK, Taiwan will operate normally on time without any delay.

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
All of items will be shipped out within 2-5 working days upon cleared payment (except Weekends and Holidays)
We usually ship items by china Air post,HongKong post, EMS, UPS, DHL and you will have a tracking number.

Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package. We try our best to only send you one package.
Returns accepted if product not as described within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, buyer pays return shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please include your contact information so we can contact you once we receive the returned order.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or you do not receive, you can contact with us to resolve these problems (according to the specific product set of returns guarantees). You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund. Please note buyer pays return shipping.
For any kind of custom printed, custom engraving items all order are final. We do not accept any return or refund for custom items. As this item will be made for your order.
Please note: Once the item is loaded onto the truck, you give up all right and title to the item. Delivery personnel are not authorized to return the item from you. Even if you choose to return your purchase, the item cannot be reclaimed.
We have multiple return addresses. You must send us an email with your order number to get the correct return address. Return any item without confirmation will not be eligible for a refund. Your order is subject to return eligibility.
For any kind of custom printed, custom engraving items all order are final. We do not accept any return or refund for custom items. As this item will be made for your order.
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you havenât received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If youâve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@99fab.com.
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days from purchase except custom items (some electronic products have extended warranty for up to 1 year - please check the specific product page for details). IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
All custom engraving and printing item are not eligible for any return or replacement unless it delivered damaged. All custom items order are final.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at hello@99fab.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Unless the error is on our end, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donât guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
